Yesterday me and my mom went to Walmart and a got a new book!! Yippie! I love books and am so excited!!! But this book is soon to become a movie this book is Mortal Instruments: City of Bones!! So as this book is soon to be a movie I am staying away from the trailer till I finish soooo........ TWELFTH DOCTOR AUDITION SCRIPTS REVEALED

The latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine exclusively reveals three audition scripts used in the search for the Twelfth Doctor.

Penned by showrunner and executive producer Steven Moffat, the three scripts were used in the audition process as “obstacle courses” for prospective Doctors, but don’t hold any secrets about the new character or storylines.

“Nothing to glean about what’s coming in the stories” teases Moffat. “This scene will never appear in the show itself. Also, you’ll learn very little about Number 12 – naturally, this was written before the casting began […] Fairly generic Doctor stuff, for someone to spin into a new version of the Time Lord. So, with the proviso that there’s nothing to learn here (won’t stop you trying, I know) here is – sort of, kind of, not really – the first scene for Number 12…"

INT. TARDIS
[The new Doctor is checking out the new body. Clara, watching. It’s been a few minutes, they’re both still adjusting.]

THE DOCTOR: Right then, eyesight. Not bad, bit blue. Ears – not pointy, right way up, more or less level. Face – well I’ve got one. Oh, no – French!
CLARA: French.
THE DOCTOR: I’ve deleted French! Plus all cookery skills, and the breast stroke. And hopping. Never mind hopping, who needs to hop. Ohh, the kidneys are interesting. Never had that before – interesting kidneys.
CLARA: Are you all right?
THE DOCTOR: I don’t know, do I look all right?
CLARA: I don’t know.
THE DOCTOR: How’s the face? Seems all right from the inside. Nice action, responsive. Bit less heft on the chin. How is it?
CLARA: It’s… okay.
THE DOCTOR: Okay?
CLARA: It’s a bit… you know.
THE DOCTOR: No I don’t, I haven’t seen it yet.
CLARA: Maybe it’s just new.
THE DOCTOR: Have you changed height?
CLARA: No.
THE DOCTOR: You sure?
CLARA: It’s you, your height, you’re the one who’s changed.
THE DOCTOR: And look at your nose.
CLARA: What about my nose?
THE DOCTOR: It was really cute, I loved your nose, you should’ve kept it.
CLARA: I did, it’s the same nose, it’s the same all of me. You’re the one who’s… regenerated, whatever you call it.
THE DOCTOR: Are you wearing a smell?
CLARA: Do you mean perfume?
THE DOCTOR: Yes, I suppose it could be perfume.
CLARA: You’ve always liked that perfume, you said so.
THE DOCTOR: No I didn’t, that was the Doctor.
CLARA: You’re the Doctor.
THE DOCTOR: Yes, I suppose I am. That’s going to take a bit of getting used to.
CLARA: Yeah, it really is.

can't wait and this makes me even more excited!!!!! 

Coffee

So as you read this you think "coffee? What does that have to do with fandoms?" Well actually a lot! Fan girls/boys often like to pull all nighters to read or watch some of their favorite things and some people just can't do it without falling asleep constantly the next day. Well I invented an iced coffee recipe that will help pull you through the day!

French Silk iced coffee 

ingredients: 

1 extra strong cup of your favorite coffee (hot)

2 scoops of Dryers slow churned  French Silk ice cream 

a couple ice cubes (optional)

First you pour your coffee and ice cream into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Next you add the ice and blend until the ice is slushy textured. The mixture doesn't really need ice after you add the ice cream but if you like the slushy texture you can add it in. And that's it!! it really is that easy and will surely be some of the best homemade iced coffee you've ever had!! Special 100 views!

Well if you have read my previous blog posts I was planing to post something special when I got to 100 page views. Well I have 125 as of right now and this is only my second day!! well now that I have crossed one hundred I can't think of anything special to do!! Usually I can come up with something to do when it involves fandoms but now for some reason I cant!!! so if you where waiting for a special 100 post I'm very sorry! We’ve released the first official photos of the Daleks back in action and we only have to wait until November for their return!

That’s because the BBC has announced that the Doctor’s most famous foes, the Daleks, will return to Doctor Who in the show’s fiftieth anniversary special.  We’ll bring you more news about the adventure as it emerges, but for now, here’s the latest press release in full:

MATT SMITH, DAVID TENNANT AND JOHN HURT TO FACE OFF AGAINST DALEKS IN 50^thANNIVERSARY SPECIAL

The Doctors, Matt Smith, David Tennant and John Hurt will battle the deadly Daleks, the BBC announces today, in the show’s 50^th anniversary special.

Returning to BBC One on 23 November the highly anticipated adventure will star: Matt Smith; Jenna Coleman; David Tennant; Billie Piper; John Hurt and Joanna Page.  In a surprise twist in the recent series finale it was revealed John Hurt would be playing a Doctor, alongside Smith and Tennant.   

The Daleks are the second monster to be announced for the 50^th and will join the shape shifting Zygons, which have only appeared in the show once before in 1975. The Daleks were one of the first monsters to terrify audiences in 1963, 50 years ago, cementing their place in British popular culture.

Steven Moffat, lead writer and executive producer, said:

“The Doctor once said that you can judge a man by the quality of his enemies, so it's fitting that for this very special episode, he should be facing the greatest enemies of all.”

The 50^th anniversary episode was shot earlier this year at BBC Cymru Wales' Roath Lock Studios in Cardiff and across South Wales.  Filming also took place in iconic London locations the Tower of London and Trafalgar Square for a huge stunt, which saw Matt Smith dangling from a TARDIS alongside Nelson’s Column.

Fandoms

People who become involved in fandoms are often considered foolish because they become emotionally attached to fictional characters (may it be the Doctor, Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes or someone else), watch TV/ read all day, and say random quotes that no one else understands(Allons-y, It doesn't do wood, WWBD (what would batman do), or Hello sweetie). But really fans are in constant pain because of evil producers like Steven Moffat. We cry for hours, have emotional break downs when we see random things (Converse sneakers, 9 10 11, and statues) But that's because we believe in our fictional characters to us they are as real as anyone else! They lead lives we would love to be a part of and producers like to kill them off! When joining a fandom people don't understand why we go on crying and shouting things like Moffat and swear they will only watch a few episodes. But then six hours in a dark room later you become attached! You can help but be in pain when you hear certain things or blurt random quotes! But being in a fandom isn't all sad don't think it is!! I mean what about those wonderful times when there is a new doctor, or you meet a fellow fan in the store?! So don't just avoid all fandoms because of this!  Fandoms are the best! you get involved with a show and then you can do arts and crafts and buy merchandise (and have thousands of people to back you up in a fight or argument)! But also remember if you are going to pick on a fan girl/boy stop and remember that there are thousands of other fans waiting to kick your butt!
